REVISION POLICY

Our quality assurance department is also very keen while going through all the tasks to ensure no errors and the paper to be submitted meets the requirements in the instructions.

We also ensure that the work done goes through rigorous checks to ensure it’s AI FREE and PLAGIARISM -FREE.

However, customers at times may omit some instructions while posting their tasks on the website and after our experts have handled and delivered the tasks, corrections may be needed.

Our revision policy is straight forward and we accept revisions where:

  • The expert in-charge of your task used a different format other than that which was required (mostly if not stated in the instructions we will select a format for you). Feel free to ask for a revision.
  • The words used are lesser or more than the required.
  • The customer has comments made on the work done.
  • The images used in your work needs corrections.
  • A graph or drawing needs to be added in your work.

Note: if after the work is done and new instructions are introduced, leading to new work, you will incur cost which will determined by the amount of new work introduced.

REFUND POLICY

Hoping you have read and understood the Terms of use, we would like to assure you that Our Refund policy gives you rights to request a refund in case the work done by our experts did not meet your expectations and you feel dissatisfied. Our core value still remains customer satisfaction and we are committed to achieve this 100%!

We have made it clear and transparent as possible when it comes to refunds and these are reasons:

WHEN YOU CAN GET A REFUND:

Mistakenly or accidentally placed an order

Incase you log in to the website and mistakenly or accidentally placed an order, just communicate to us and the order will be cancelled and all your funds will get back to your account.

Work was submitted late

If our experts fail to meet a given deadline and the customer submits the work late, such an instance, 100% refund will be given if the customer does not want the work. However; if the customer still needs the work for use an agreed percentage lower than 100% will be given which is determined during resolution.

Work is disputed

If the customer places a dispute on an order with claims of dissatisfaction, our dispute resolution team will go through the work and if the claim is verified, 100% refund is issued. Again, we remain true to our core value: 100% customer satisfaction!

Order cancellation

If you place an order and make a cancellation before the work is assigned to an expert, you are entitled to 100% refund. However, if you cancel the work after an expert has been assigned to do it, 70% refund is what you are awarded.

Not assigned

In the unlikely event that you placed an order/ posted work and within the given period the work was not assigned to any expert, we will award you 100% refund.

REFUNDS PROCESSING

Once a refund is accepted and confirmed We process it within 3 business days. However, Top Urgent Tutors will not be liable for any delays resulting from your funds receiving institution or method. Once we release the funds a notification is sent to your email and that is final from our end.

REASONS YOU FAIL TO GET A REFUND:

  • Low grades: We assign your task to the best experts however; we DO NOT guarantee high grades. Our experts’ work is to perfectly execute according to the instructions provided in your task.
  • You were not admitted: We do also DO NOT guarantee admission to any institution or job opportunity. Our work is to write the best admission document and the results after is independent of us or material we provided.
  • Elapse of refund period: On our website, a period of 90 days; 3 months from the submission date is given. Past that period, we cannot offer any refunds.
  • Lack of evidence: if a customer claims the work done resulted to a "Fail" and there is no substantial evidence of the results, a refund is and will be automatically denied.
